Update:12th March 2019 the government has approved a decree, lowering the age to access this benefit from the age of 52. The Decree doesn’t include any new instructions/requisites, but it is assumed they are the same as before, before the age was ´upped´ to 55. The good news is that the partial subsidy, granted to those whose last job was in partial employment, has been eliminated. All will receive the full amount.
