Another property sale which could fall through. Quite common that vendors have a property on the market for years only to discover when they have a long awaited buyer, that they cannot sell. The nota simple is important but will not show up all everything. Many lawyers do depend on this but it is not sufficient.

If anyone would like their property assessed by the paperwork available. CAB Spain will carry out a check. We cannot charge but will do this for a donation but, costs for any additional paperwork should be borne by the owner.

We will not commit ourselves to carry this out for everyone but will advise you if we can or not.
