Where Can I Find Info On Rental Contracts?

Re rent increases, the link to the IGC index in the library file linked to above, is valid for contracts signed as of 31 March 2015, provided the contract mentions annual increases but no specific method of calculation. For contracts signed before that date, the following link to IPC consumer index is the one to use if the contract doesn’t mention a specific one, but irrespective of the the fact whether the contract mentions annual increases or not. The landlord must indicate in writing that he wants to increase the rent and if the tenant so wishes, provide a certificate from the Statistics Institute, confirming the relevant IPC index. Increase will be applied in the month following notification.
