The Tax Agency has enabled several telephone lines 901, with variable cost if the call is made from landline or mobile, to guide the taxpayer and the autonomous or small business on different aspects of their obligations and rights in fiscal matters as well as for the management of tax proceedings of a tax nature:

Basic Tax Information Telephone Service
You can access this service by calling 901 335 533 (or 91 554 87 70), Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (until 3 p.m. in August). This service solves basic doubts about:

Income tax for natural persons (personal income tax)

Corporation Tax (IS)

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Tax on Economic Activities (IAE) – CENSUS

Intrastat -Special taxes (II.EE.)

Customs

Internet portal or help programs

Computer error or problem

Telephone assistance service for management services
If what you need is to ask for deductions for maternity or large family, you can use the helpline for management services, with number 901 200 345 (and 91 535 68 13) available Monday through Friday, from 9 to 19 hours ( until 9 pm from April to June and until 3 pm in August). The staff of this service will inform you not only about the mentioned deductions but also about:

Telephone service on debts and collection
Do you have outstanding debts with the Tax Agency that do not exceed 150,000 euros? For any question or procedure related to the payment of debts (if you are a natural person), direct debit of the deferral or fractionation, information on the origin of the debt or on the derived notifications you can contact Monday through Friday, from 9 to 19 hours (until 3 pm in August) on the phone 901 200 350 (91 553 68 01).
