Rental Deposit Murcia Region

In the Autonomous Region of Murcia you can deposit the rental deposit with the authorities.

Note: the Royal Decree 138/1999 of October 28th that governs this issue does not mention the depositing of a rental deposit with a government organisation as an obligation, but rather as a possibility. It does not include sanctions or sanctionary proceedings either, as it would in case of an obligatory procedure.
