Outside your home:

Avoid touching surfaces and when you do, wash your hands with water and soap as it’s more effective than wearing gloves.

Avoid touching your nose, your mouth or your eyes.

Maintain a social distance of 2 metres.

Use mask in situations where it’s difficult to maintain social distance, as prescribed by law.

If you use your car, clean it frequently, especially the surfaces you touch often.

When back home:

Take off your shoes and leave them near the door.

Wash your hands with soap and water.

Leave the things you do not need in the house, like your keys or your wallet, near the door.

Clean any other objects you’ve used or worn outside, like your mobile phone or your glasses.

Don’t shake out your clothes and when you wash them, preferably with hot water.
