Private Pools On Holiday Rental Property

Property owners of holiday rental property with a private pool must comply with a series of legal requisites.

Described in this Real Decreto. Time permitting, I will add translation of most important requisites.

Guarantee the safetey of kids under 5 years old when the pool is not in use, by covering it up, alarm installation or fences with lockable gate is one of the most important. Reporting of any incidents to the relevant authorities is another.
