The Junta de Andalucia informs consumers that they are entitled to file a complaint with a telecommunications company by phone, obtaining a unique reference number. You are also entitled to receive written proof of the complaint made by phone, that accredits the date you made it, and the nature of the complaint.

If you don’t receive a (satisfactory) answer after 30 days, you can ask the Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo or the Oficina de Atención al Usuario de Telecomunicaciones to intervene.
