How To Make a Complaint Against the Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria)

II.- Once a complaint has been submitted and admitted, it will proceed to transfer it to the responsible body concerned, which must send a reply directly and in writing to the interested party within a period of 15 days.
Once the response has been received, the interested party may express their disagreement with the same within a period of one month from the day following the notification.
In this case, the complete file will be analysed by the corresponding Council bodies that will adopt the corresponding reply from which the interested party will be transferred.

III.- The presentation of a complaint or suggestion may be accompanied by documentation and any type of evidence known to the Council by the Council.
These documents or evidence can also be provided at the moment in which, if applicable, the interested party manifests his disagreement with the response sent by the responsible body concerned.
The Council lacks the competence to address the interested parties and to request the submission of documents or evidence.

IV.-In the complaints must be guaranteed the identification of who formulates them and their character of interested. Suggestions can be made anonymously.
The filing of a complaint means that the Operative Unit of the Council will have access to the information necessary for the exercise of its functions in the same terms established for the head of the corresponding affected services, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 , Dated 13 December, on the Protection of personal data.
