If you want to change the bank in which you are receiving your benefit, you must notify the State Public Employment Service (SEPE). You must provide the IBAN code (International Bank Account Code) and be the owner of the account in which you wish to collect.
You can request the modification through the Internet at the SEPE Electronic Office, at the following address: https://sede.sepe.gob.es if you have a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve username and password.
You can also carry out this management by calling the citizen service telephone number, provided that the branch of the account in which you wish to charge does not belong to a province other than the one in which you were charging and is not an online bank.
Likewise, you can change the account in your benefits office (make an appointment on the Internet or by calling the appointment service).
