How to Change Address on Residency Card Non EU.

To communicate change of address, nationality or civil status, you can download this form from the Library and on the link below. Fill it out and take it with your current residency registration document, passport and copies, original padron not more than three months old to Foreigners Office (Extranjeria) for change of address. For changes in civil status and nationality will need to provide further documentation. Check with your particular office for added documentation. desk at Policia Nacional.

The Form

Note* We previously posted that this form could be used for EU nationals, on revision there is a code of the law so the decision we must take is; though this form has worked for EU citizens, they could be refused if the authorities take the law stated into consideration and would have to use the EX 18 or EX16 which we are revising at present.

Addendum. The form for a NIE also only states the law for foreigners so one could presume that as EU citizens also use the EX15 that the form above could be used.
