Visit or have a representative carry out the transaction at the foreigners office, ‘Policia Nacional’ station with passport, residencia certificate plus photocopies and ask for the ‘baja por cesion’ they will provide the EX18 form or can be downloaded from our library. Recommended that by paying around 6 euros tax you apply for a certificate that states that you are no longer a resident.
