How Do I Change Address on Residency Certificate?

If you want to change address without a new certificate (just updated on the system) then no charge..

If you want to change address and receive a new certificate, complete the form EX18 per the above link then complete either tasa link below 052 foreigners office . 012 Nacional Policia office:

Tasa 790-052 & 790-012

then choose: Certificado de registro de residente comunitario o Tarjeta de residencia de familiar de un ciudadano de la Unión.

Further instructions on how to fill in the form can be found by searching the site using EX18.

Bring the form and proof of payment of the tasa to your appointment at either Foreigners Office or National Police office. You need to make an appointment ‘cita previa’.
