The ´Animal Party´/ Partido Animalista PACMA has developed a website called ¨Yo Denuncio / I denounce¨ with information on how and where to denounce animal abuse with the relevant authorities. Also guides you through the process of writing  the actual ´denuncia´, re what it should contain etc. In Spanish.

Click the link at the bottom of the page to get more info on the 2 kinds of denuncias that can be applicable (Administrativa or Penal) , depending on the case at hand. And then click the relevant box at the bottom to proceed to the actual writing of the denuncia.

Note 1: the individual formulating the denuncia needs to identify him/herself as the law dictates that, but this denuncia only serves to inform the relevant authorities and they will act against the denounced party, not the individual that informed the authorities.

Note 2: You will need to be fairly fluent in Spanish to follow the instructions on this website, so if you´re not, ask a friend who is to assist you.

You can also report animal abuse at your local police station, the Seprona Branch of the Guardia Civil. Policía Nacional call 091.
