COVID-19 Reopening Seguridad Social, Employment Agencies, Tax Offices

The Seguridad Social will re-open most of their offices to the public as of the 25th of June, both the INSS and the TGSS. For the INSS you need an appointment. You can call 901 10 65 70  or make an appointment online, through their website.

You can check HERE which offices are open. The number of appointments available has been reduced, so to avoid long waiting times, they ask to use the online office or the module ‘Tu Seguridad Social’ for urgent matters that can be dealt with electronically. You can also still send documents etc. without the need for a digital certificate, through THIS LINK. but not for applications for the Minimum Vital Income. For those you need to use THIS LINK.

The employment agencies in Anducia have re-started the appointment system, but appointments will be by phone, for now.

You can make an appointment through the SAE website, through the APP (download HERE) or by calling         955 625 695, from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs.

Agencia Tributaria (the Spanish Tax Office) will re-open their doors as of the 1st of July for all issues that require a personal visit. You need to make an appointment first.
