From March 16 until further notice the Social Security offices will be closed. Any urgent procedures can be carried out online. There are links for various processes including sending documentation. The site is in Spanish but your computer should be able to translate.

Citizens can call 901166565 (INSS) and 901502050 (TGSS). The centres will remain operational behind closed doors, in order to guarantee the operation of only the essential services.

In addition, the suspension of terms and the interruption of terms of the administrative procedures approved yesterday are taken into account so as not to harm the citizens.

For the duration of the State of Alarm, you do NOT need a digital ID like a digital certificate or Cl@ve Pin to access the procedures that normally would require the use of one. Further info
