With regards to ERTE payments, a possible delay could be a discrepancy in information your employer has supplied, from their own records, and the current situation. E.g. if you had a bank account with Cajamadrid when you started working and they fused or were taken over, by Bankia in the end, your bank account would have been changed. When your employer pays your wages into the old Cajamadrid account, they will automatically be re-directed to the correct one. But when that same old account is now communicated with SEPE, it will not be accepted as it’s no longer in existence.
