Autonomo And Need Accreditation of Being Up To Date With Tax Declarations?

If you are working as self-employed Autonomo and you want to make sure your gestor has filed all relevant tax declarations in the current tax year, you can apply for a certificate that accredits the ‘Autoliquidaciones’ made in your name.

You need to go to the Agencia Tributaria Electronic Office, access with Digital Certificate or Cl@ve Pin.

LINK HERE, choose Request Tax Certificates, then on the next page ‘other certificates / generic certificates’. On the next page choose ‘Request’. On next page, under ‘Declaración Tributaria’ choose ‘Autoliquidaciones’. The form will auto-generate. Press ‘validar solicitud’ at the bottom of the page, wait a few seconds and scroll down. The certificate will be there.
