Application for Firearms Licence

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT UK NATIONALS.

Specifically in this matter, Brexit will affect prior authorizations and consents for intra-community transfers of weapons, explosives, pyrotechnic articles and ammunition, which have been issued prior to the date of withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. These will be valid until the expiration date of the period established in the aforementioned documents.

As of the withdrawal date, these prior authorizations and consents for intra-community transfers will cease to be issued and the general regime for the import, transit and export of goods will apply. This will be conditional on the adoption with the competent British authorities of reciprocal agreements.
