Andalucia New Windows to Register Students at Schools

The original windows in March and April were suspended as a result of the containment measures during the State of Alarm.

The Junta has now established new windows for new admission applications or continued admission applications for the academic year 2020/2021 for the following education facilities.

For the first cycle of infant education (under 3 years old), including the application for ‘ayuda’ (a discount on the price of socio-educational care and school canteen services) to increase the level of attendance at this first cycle of education, the window to reserve a place for children also registered at the same school this year, is from 18 -25 May, both inclusive. For new admission applications from 26/5 to 10/6, including the application for ‘ayuda’ as mentioned above, both dates inclusive.

For the second cycle of infant education, primary education, special education, compulsory secondary education (ESO) and high school (Bachillerato) only one window for admission applications, from 18 May to 1 June, both inclusive. Note from CAB: it appears that schools maintain the window above for new admission applications, but will process those for children already enrolled this current schoolyear either in June or July, so please check with your child’s school to make sure.

You can either pick up forms from the school, download them or file the application online.
