Is There A Legal Maximum Delivery Time For Acquired Goods Or Services?

Unless agreed upon by both parties, the maxium wait time for goods or services to be delivered is one month (art. 66.1 of the Ley de Consumidores). Likewise for good or services purchased from a distance (on-line) (art. 109).
