referred to in article 1.1 of Order SND / 521/2020, of June 13, by which the criteria for applying a temporary travel restriction for non-essential travels from third countries to the European Union and associated Schengen countries for reasons of public order and public health due to the health crisis caused, are extended. Link to relevant article. Note from CAB: the way we read this is that for organised travel for those that meet the requisites for exemption from the restrictions in place for non-essential travel as described in the article quoted, to any of the other Spanish (airports), from non-EU countries, there would have to be a special dispensation.
In any case, the necessary sanitary control measures will be adopted to prevent them from posing a risk to the population of our country.
