Access with either Digital Certificate installed on your computer, Cl@ve Pin or the Tax Reference Number from the previous year’s RENTA declaration. Info on how to obtain the latter and how to access Datos Fiscales

The most important Tax Data at a glance on the Agencia Tributaria website. Clicking ´Datos Fiscales´ will first ask you to choose which form of identification you want to use to access the info. Choose one. The next field will bring up your fiscal ID, so your NIE number in case of being a foreign resident. If correct, click ´acceder´. The next field will show your fiscal data with reference to this year´s Renta Declaration, so tax year 2019.
- Income from work with IRPF ´retenciones´(IRPF amounts retained on your wages/invoices) already received from your employer or clients
- Interest on saving accounts with IRPF ´retenciones´ already received from the banking institution
- Any discounts received with regards to IBI bills, Plan PIVE (when buying a new car and handing in an old one) and other subsidies or grants
Under each amount it is indicated which field ´casilla´ on the Renta declaration to use to enter them there, if not already present in your ´borrador / draft´.
The Tax Office advises to check amounts mentioned there at source, so from payslips, info from your bank etc.
