Medical Assistance Temporary Displacement?

Temporary healthcare in other regions than the one you reside in. Known as ‘Desplazamiento Temporal´.

The government has not as yet put in place the national health cards in all regions. In the meantime if you reside in Andalucia and you wish to be covered in other Andaluz towns, please read the information provided on this link in Spanish. Your browser should give a fair translation.

Valencia says “In this case, it is considered to be a TEMPORARY MOVEMENT and if you are going to
need health care outside of your autonomous region, you should apply for a temporary card or certificate. You should be able to find the forms at your health centre. You will find further information on the page of the health department (www.san.gva.es)
