Rentals Deposits

Deposit Fianza. Translation from the rental law.

3.After the first three years of the contract, the amount of the rent, the deposit must be updated. The landlords must notify this fact to the provincial housing sub directorates, providing the difference between the original amount deposited and the updated amount or, where appropriate, request the refund of the amount deposited originally up to the amount of the update.
