Visit the heath centre with ID and the social security number. Ask the staff responsible to print you a certificate that states that you are on the database, to use in the meanwhile. This is known as: ‘CERTIFICACÍON DE DATOS EN LA BASE DE DATOS DE USUARIOS DEL SISTEMA SANITARIO PUBLICO ANDALUZ’ For other regions there will be a variation.
