Each provincial Traffic Office ´Jefatura de Trafico´ has a unit offering assistance to victims of traffic accidents.

The personnel working in the units will help with information, mediation and protection of your rights as traffic victim. Free of charge and for example even if the traffic accident occurred abroad and they have to work through the Consulate to get problems with cover from travel insurance sorted.
