You would have to tick the relevant situation to report.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE IRREGULARIDADES OBSERVADAS

 Trabajadores sin contrato y falsos autónomos / employees without contract or false autonomos

 Trabajo incompatible con la prestación de desempleo, incapacidad temporal, jubilación, etc… / employment situation incompatible with receiving unemployment benefit, sickpay, pension etc.

 Trabajadores extranjeros sin permiso de trabajo. / foreign employees without work permit

 Pago de cantidades que no figuran en nómina y no declaradas a la seguridad social (En “B”) / wages paid that are not mentioned on wage slip nor declared to the social security

 Trabajadores con contratos temporales irregulares / workers with irregular temporary contracts

 Trabajadores con jornada superior a la firmada en contrato (contratos a tiempo parcial irregulares) / employees with longer workdays than mentioned in signed work contract

 Incumplimientos en materia de jornada, horas extraordinarias y vacaciones / employer not paying for correct hours worked, extraordinary hours and holidays
