Do You Need A Licence To Let Off Fireworks?

Regulations for Andalucia state that you do not, if you limit yourself to simply letting off the ready-made articles that you can legally buy and do not manipulate or combine them. Please be warned that you cannot carry more than 15 kg of fireworks in a private vehicle and that you must carry the bill of sale with you. With regards to times, places etc. you must follow the local ´ordenanza´, available at your Town Hall. We recommend consulting the local regulation in all cases, as some towns have banned the use of fireworks for safety reasons.
And you must respect the age requisites for the different categories of fireworks.
