I am a client. What can I do?
If you are a client, the solution you may well depend on the service that you contracted and the method of payment of the service. It is essential that you put your claim forward as soon as possible. The is due to the fact that the guarantee fund is limited and may not cover the reimbursement of all of the booked travel packages.
