Banco Popular has been ordered by a court in Malaga to pay a British couple the sum of 58,000 euros plus interest.
The couple had signed for an apartment at Hacienda Casares from the promoters Aifos in 2004. The cost of the apartment was 167,936 of which the couple paid 58,000 euros which was never retuned to them. This is not an isolated case as hundreds of investors have presented their cases to the courts. The claim is that the properties they had paid for were never completed and the payments made not returned. The guarantees were held by over twenty banks who will have to refund the monies to all those affected plus interest.
The couple were represented be our law firm and we are representing ex-pat resident and non residents alike in various regios of Spain where they had purchased off-plan properties in similar circumstances. many more are approaching us for our services. It is expected that their will be over 3.000 families joining the groups of those already in litigation. We expect that with our assistance, they will be guaranteed the reimbursement of the amounts paid plus full interest.
Should anyone have purchased from this group or other promoters who would like further information on how we can represent you on a no fee upfront basis, please email me at:
