?️To alleviate the effects of the pandemic on vulnerable households, the Government has expanded protection measures regarding housing rental contracts and evictions.
➡️3 more months, until August 9, 2021
?The possibility of requesting the moratorium or partial forgiveness of the rent of the housing rental is extended, when the landlord is a large holder or public entity.
?The contracts that can benefit from the extraordinary extension of 6 months of the housing rentals are extended, in the same terms and conditions of the current contract.
?The suspension of evictions and removals of economically and socially vulnerable households from their habitual residence is extended for the same period, in the cases already provided for by current regulations.
? Likewise, the period for the landlords and owners of the dwelling affected by the extraordinary suspension to submit the compensation request is extended for 3 months, being set until September 9.
