Yes Madrid, February 8, 2022.- The Council of Ministers has today approved the Royal Decree that eliminates the use of masks in outdoor spaces, with the approval of a Royal Decree by which the wording of article 6 is modified of Law 2/2021 that regulates its use.
Thus, as of the day following the publication of this RD in the Official State Gazette (BOE), the mandatory use of the mask in outdoor spaces in general is exempted, regardless of interpersonal distance.
