Application for the NIE also non resident certificate, use the EX15 on 4.1 tick “de no residente”.

For EU Citizens tick the last box on “BAJA POR CESE  EX18

Family Members of Citizens of the EU EX19 “BAJA POR CESE” and specify the reason.

For UK Citizens title holders of the TIE  applied for using form EX20 under the Withdrawal Agreement.  Tick box “BAJA POR CESE” and specify the reason.

For Family members of UK Citizens holders of TIE applied for using form EX21under the Withdrawal Agreement.  Tick box “BAJA POR CESE” and specify the reason.

UK Citizens who updated to a TIE using EX23 appears that there is no option so use “Otros” and specify or also take along the EX20 above.

Non EU Citizens with the TIE, use EX17 but no option to de register. This may be due to the fact that these citizens can leave and claim to regain their rights to residency even when the status is lost due to prolonged absences.
