Text from the government website for appointments (Cita Previa)

Before going to the Foreigners Office in person, we want to inform you that there are faster and more effective alternatives for filing an initial Application or renewal of Administrative Authorization, if you have a digital certificate, avoiding going in person to the Foreigners Office:

The appointment at immigration is exclusively for the presentation of requests for administrative authorizations.

If you are a temporary resident or have a study stay, and have a digital certificate, the use of the MERCURIO RENOVACIONES platform is recommended to renew.

If you want to make an Initial Application, for authorizations related to stays (Ex00), temporary residence for family reunification (Ex02), and residence of a relative of an EU citizen (Ex19), and have a digital certificate, then use the INITIAL MERCURY platform.

You can download the Official Application Form.

You can download the Information on procedures and procedures – Information Sheets.

You can download the fee form. (This form can be downloaded from the CAB website searching 790)

The same for downloading the EX18)
