Court Sentenced to Pay C.A.B Member 95,000€ Plus Interest on Off-Plan Property

A Marbella lawyer took on a case for one of our members on a no win no fee basis and made a claim for an off-plan property that was not built. The case has been won with the results that the court has sentenced that the monies paid are to be returned and include full interest on the sum of 95,000 euros.

During the last few years, thousands of properties were purchased but never completed by the developers. These properties have not been delivered to the customers. Furthermore, the developer has not refunded the stage payments made by the purchasers.

Some lawyers who took on these cases, took the wrong legal route chasing promoters who had conveniently declared bankruptcy.

Anyone who has paid a deposit for an off-plan property should come forward now. The option to take action in the courts to reclaim your money will expire in October 2020.
