What do these light signals mean and to whom are they directed?

Directed to buses and trams, when there is no seperate lane for buses or for buses, taxis and other vehicles. In the latter case, they are directed to those vehicles that make use of that lane.
Meaning from left to right:
a) Stop sign, equal to red light.
b) Stop sign, equal to steady yellow light, so only allowed to proceed if too close to traffic light to stop safely.
c) Turning left is permitted.
d) Turning right is permitted.
d) Stop sign, equal to steady yellow light, so only allowed to proceed if too close to traffic light to stop safely.
