Beware Clausula Suelo Scam

A British person of dubious character questioned in a Spanish court for real estate fraud, is taking money from homeowners allegedly to take on cases against the banks. The case would be for a refund of extra monthly mortgage payments due to the abusive floor clause. The person who is using a pseudonym misleads homeowners and some have thought that they were dealing with a lawyer. The offices used are located in the UK. There also appears to be an Expat FB page and website who are referring clients to this outfit. They in turn are also being supported by a UK company that purports to assist those who were mis-sold financial products.

At this stage we cannot confirm that the persons involved are not approaching the banks but the news we have on a particular case, does not sound encouraging.

For clausula suelo claims or any legal action, please use reputable and if possible, lawyers with expertise in bank products.

Will draft an article with full details as soon as I can talk with lawyers about how much I can publish. I would like to use names and addresses.
