October Strikes

More strikes announced, both railways and airport related.

Railways UPDATE 19.9.2015: partial Renfe strikes, during 2 hours every shift, on October 2,9, 16 and 23.  00.00-02.00 hrs, 13.00-15.00 hrs and 20.00-22.00 hrs on all mentioned days. Minimal services guaranteed, but delays expected.

Airports: UPDATE 2.10.2015 The union of air traffic controllers USCA has cancelled the strike for Saturday October 3rd as a partial agreement has been reached.

Air France staff has announced a strike for Monday October 5th and in Italy airport workers have planned a walk-out for October 8th, between 13.00 and 17.00 hrs.

“Travellers are advised to verify the status of their flight before leaving for the airport and to arrive there early due to longer waiting times.”
