Citizens Advice Bureau Spain Charity, Please Help us to Help You.

The Citizens Advice Spain is a registered charity and provides the advice people need for the problems they face. With education and information we are empowering the public to help themselves. In most cases our advice and assistance removes the problems therefore also the costs incurred due to the need for lawyers and other professionals.

The bureau benefits society with our support for our communities. The charity provides an extensive service at no cost to those who use our services.

We are aiming to continue to assist and inform our community. So many of you will have already received help in some form or other. Some of you say that you have not needed our services but are happy to know that we are here for a rainy day and enjoy reading our fact sheets and other information provided.

You may be aware that we are receiving between 13.000 and 20.000 visits to the site each month, proof of the need for a Citizens Advice Bureau in Spain. We assist ex-pats of all nationalities, locals and those from abroad with a holiday home or interests in Spain. Those that we help on a daily basis is incalculable.

We are in much need of funding to expand our program to provide clinics in many regions of Spain for those who need to meet and adviser or lawyer face to face or are not internet competent.

Our team is very small with only three advisers to service enquires that we receiver from Spain, the Islands, the UK and other countries worldwide. We are the only CAB office where there are no paid staff, we have no funding to pay wages. We need the assistance for this service to be sustainable.

From the colossal numbers we assist and in most cases make savings for, very few donate. We dread the prospect that we may not be able to continue offering the excellent service we have up to now. Advisers and admin spend hours daily to ensure that you are given accurate information.

We need your DONATIONS to continue and any amount small or large will assist in covering our expenses and costs. Please do not think that you may not need to donate as others will, this is not the case and we do need your support.

Support is essential for the well being of this charity. We would like to continue in our endeavour to provide you all with a much needed service. To this end we hope that you will ensure of our continued existence.
