Після прибуття в Іспанію громадяни або жителі України, які не мають QR-коду SpTH і не можуть надати відповідний сертифікат про щеплення, діагностичний тест чи довідку про одужання, можуть пройти тестування, але без будь-якої форми скарги чи штрафу.
