Willing to House Sit Property in Exhange for CAB Spain Base

You are by now all aware that CAB Spain is a registered NPO. We do not charge for the service and rely on the benevolence of our members to cover expenses. We are not government funded either locally or at national level. Unlike the UK CAB offices, we would like to retain our independence with the system here being very different.

The team uses all the spare time they have to be available to our large community in all regions of mainland Spain and the Islands. Though there has been no funding for offices, we have held four seminars and hold weekly clinics which at present only on the Costa del Sol area.

CAB Spain is in need of a base to set up internet and a telephone connections. We are not looking for an office for citizens to visit us. This is a plea to anyone have a suitable property in need of a house sitter and some TLC. Costs such as IBI/rates and utilities would be covered. We posted last year and had some kind offers but were not suitable either for CAB Spain as mainly of the beaten track. We need access to the main built up areas. Areas, Costa del Sol up to the Costa Blanca and some miles inland would be ideal.
