As a result of Brexit etc we are also experiencing high demand. We aim to reply within 5 working days but that has not always been possible recently.

Citizens Advice Bolton is accredited by the Office Of The Immigration Services Commissioner at level 3, the highest accreditation available.

The initial assessment of someone’s immigration position and any options is free. Should the client want assistance with progressing their enquiry, we offer ‘not profit’ charging rates.
