UK Nationals Who Wish to Work in Spain.

Some of you may be aware that since 1 January 2021 that the UK became a third country and no longer under union rules the system to work or reside in Spain changed.

It must be recognised that you can no longer come to Spain and take up employment. UKNS still have the right to visit for 90 days in any 180 day period and can visit Spain to test the ground. Do all the necessary research, speak to professionals to see if you could find employment or set up a Self-employed. Once you have the information you need you will need to return to the UK and make an application for a visa from there. There are various types of visas depending on what your working status will be in Spain.
